ABOUT
I have had a love for art since I was a small child, however I initially pursued a career in the Sciences, only returning to painting and drawing in my mid twenties.
I studied for a year at the Ruth Prowse School of Art in Cape Town before becoming a mother, and continued to paint for small exhibitions and consignments.
More recently I have exhibited at Gallery 1710 in Delta, B.C., where I am a member of the South Delta Artists’ Guild.
My style is bold and colorful. I steer clear of realism in favor of expressive interpretation of subjects close to my heart. When I am not painting, you will find me with my family, my pets, and walking the forested trails behind my home.
